For us at Gidanza your satisfaction every time you order from us is extremely important. For this reason. we have though of a number of actions to guarantee value for your money.
Should you wish to return the articles your purchased, you may do so within 10 days you have received them – you do not need to tell us why. Just send us an email info@girardicollection.com with order number and article(s) you wish to return. Within 48 hours we will follow up and tell you what to do next.
As soon as we receive the products we will proceed to the reimbursement of the order. We will retain 10 of administrative expenses and courier expenses if you are using our courier. If your return is caused by a mistake from our part, we will refund the expenses completely.
Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that, upon arrival, your order is not damaged.
Please be aware that the return can take place if these conditions are respected:
1) The products must be returned in their original packaging.
2) The products must travel with the filled out return form you will receive.
