These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the regulations on electronic commerce, specifically by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, "Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce").

2. Price

The minimum order price is 150.00 euro + VAT net of any discounts.
Transport is free for the first order, or with a purchase over 500 euros net of VAT and any discounts.

For foreign countries, the minimum order amount is 200.00 euros (net). The price shown on the site or on the order confirmation at the time the order is placed shall apply to the products. All prices are exclusive of VAT. The shipping costs and the exact amount to be paid will be communicated before the goods are shipped.
 

3. Order

By clicking the "I accept" button, the user accepts these terms and conditions of sale and undertakes to pay the price indicated in the manner provided.
The customer correctly concludes the procedure by clicking on the accept button, if the site does not display any error message. The contract shall be deemed concluded upon receipt of the order by Girardi Collection.
In the event of an error in the personal data or in the order itself, the customer must contact Girardi Collection immediately at the contact details indicated above.
Girardi Collection shall correct any errors only in the event of immediate communication, failing which it shall proceed to process the order in accordance with the data in its possession.
Any additional costs caused by an error in the data not reported in good time shall be borne by the customer.

4. Terms of payment

Unless otherwise stipulated, invoices shall be paid: cash on delivery and/or bank transfer.

5. Delivery and transport terms and times

5.1 Modalities

Delivery shall be made by direct delivery of the product to the Purchaser or by delivery of the product to a forwarding agent or carrier at the premises or warehouses of Girardi Collection.
Girardi Collection is authorised to make both partial and total deliveries.

5.2 Delivery times

Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible, however they are dependent on the
availability of the warehouse.
In the event of stock unavailability, the purchaser has the right to renounce the undelivered goods, thus requesting a refund of any payment made.
The order shall in any case be considered valid for the goods available.
In cases of reorders of missing goods, if after two months from the indicative delivery date the product has not been delivered for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be cancelled at the request of either party.
The Buyer may obtain a refund of the deposit paid, to the exclusion of any other form of indemnity or compensation.
In any event, delivery shall only be made if the Purchaser is in the situation of having fulfilled all its obligations towards Girardi Collection, whatever the cause.

5.3 Transfer of risks

The products travel at the risk and peril of the Buyer, who is responsible, in the event of damage or shortage, for making the necessary objections and confirming his reservations with the carrier within the required time and in the required form. It is the Buyer's responsibility to take out insurance policies against the risk of loss or deterioration of the products.
 

5.4 Receipt

Without excluding the provisions to be taken against the carrier, complaints about apparent defects or non-conformity of the delivered product with respect to the one ordered must be made in writing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) days of receipt of the products. After this deadline, the products shall be deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defects.
In accordance with custom, any surpluses or shortages noted in the quantities delivered shall be accepted by the purchaser with a tolerance of +/- 10 with respect to the indications given on the order confirmation.

5.5 Returns

All product returns must be the subject of a formal agreement between Girardi Collection and the Purchaser. Products returned without Girardi's written agreement shall be held at the disposal of the Purchaser and shall not give rise to either a credit note or termination of the sale. The costs and risks of the return of products shall be borne by the Purchaser. The return of products accepted by Girardi Collection shall give rise, after qualitative and quantitative verification of the products, to a credit note for an amount equal to the sale price (taxes included). If the return is linked to an error made by the Purchaser in his order, an additional amount of EUR 5 excluding VAT shall be deducted from the above credit note to take account of the costs of checking, drafting the credit note and reinstating the goods in stock.

6. Guarantees

All products sold by Girardi Collection enjoy the legal warranties and commercial guarantees specified on the site from time to time.

7. Processing of personal data

Customer data are processed by Girardi Collection in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions and the individual sale and purchase contracts concluded with Girardi Collection on the website are governed by Italian law and any inherent and consequent dispute, including, but not limited to, those relating to the interpretation, execution, validity and effectiveness of the aforementioned general terms and conditions and the aforementioned contracts, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna.
